Privacy policy

A clear explanation of the information used by our game and developer website.

Effective: 2026-10-12Developer: DaarGames

Information stored on your device

TinyChainTown stores puzzle progress, stars, route drafts, cosmetic unlocks and preferences on your device. Preferences include sound, animation speed, reduced motion and track controls. The game does not offer a player account or ask for your name, email address or birthday.

The advertising edition also stores your selected age group (under 18, 18 or older, or unspecified) and earned Route Assist credits locally. It asks for an age group, not a date of birth. These details are not uploaded to a DaarGames game server. Your selected group does not enable personalized advertising in the current version.

Ads and Google's services

The game includes Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads) and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). An optional rewarded ad earns one Route Assist. Occasional interstitial ads may appear when continuing from a completed level. Ordinary hints and playing puzzles remain free; an unavailable ad does not prevent you from continuing.

Google's advertising services may collect and share your IP address, approximate location inferred from that address, device and account identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information. Google uses information for ad delivery, advertising measurement, service analytics, security and fraud prevention. Collection depends on the SDK's settings and applicable privacy choices. Child-directed treatment does not mean that no information is processed.

The current game applies child-directed treatment and a maximum G ad-content rating for all selected age groups. It also marks UMP requests as under the age of consent. Choosing an adult age group does not switch to personalized advertising. The game does not add separate Firebase Analytics, a developer analytics service or third-party ad mediation adapters.

Google describes its handling in its privacy policy and advertising information pages. Data sent by Google's advertising SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. DaarGames does not receive individual players' ad identifiers through a game backend; AdMob provides reporting about advertising activity.

Privacy choices and children

The game checks UMP's privacy status when starting the advertising service and requests ads only when UMP permits it. If Google requires a privacy-options entry point, open Preferences › Privacy / About › Ad Privacy Choices. A missing button means UMP has not required that entry point; it does not mean that the advertising SDK processes no information.

TinyChainTown is a family-friendly puzzle game that may be played by children. All current age groups receive the conservative advertising settings described above. A parent or guardian can contact the developer about privacy questions or information a child may have included in a support message. Please do not send children's names, birthdays or other unnecessary personal details in support requests.

Retention and deleting game data

Local game data stays on your device until it is reset or removed. Reset Saved Progress clears stars and route drafts for the active Classic or Challenge campaign; it retains earned cosmetics, other campaign progress and earned Route Assist credits.

To delete all local game data, use Android Settings › Apps › TinyChainTown › Storage › Clear storage (names vary by device). This deletes progress, settings, cosmetics, the age-group choice and assist credits. The game cannot undo this action. Uninstalling also removes the app's local data, although device or platform backups may retain or restore data depending on your settings. Manage any backups separately through your device or account controls.

DaarGames does not keep a server copy of your puzzle progress. Google manages information held by its advertising and platform services under its own policies and retention practices. Clearing game storage does not itself delete information already held by Google. Use Google's privacy controls or contact Google for those requests.

Support and privacy requests

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, such as a description, device details, screenshots or crash information. We use it to reply, investigate problems and handle privacy requests. Our email provider processes these messages to deliver and store email. Avoid sending passwords, payment details or screenshots containing unnecessary personal information.

Support messages are kept only as long as needed to address the request, maintain relevant support records or meet applicable legal and security obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion using the contact below. We may need to verify that a request comes from the sender before disclosing or deleting messages. Any information we must retain for legal or security reasons is limited to that purpose. Your rights may vary with your location.

This website and platform providers

This developer website is a static information site. It does not include advertising, analytics scripts, contact-form databases or player accounts. The public site's hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic connection information such as IP address and request details to deliver and protect the pages. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its practices. A private preview may additionally require the preview provider's sign-in; it is not the public privacy-policy URL.

Following a link to Google Play, Google or another provider takes you to that provider's service and privacy policy. Google Play and Android provide installation, distribution and operating-system features under their own policies. Service providers may process information in countries other than where you live.

Policy updates

We will update this page when the game's information practices change. The effective date identifies the latest version. This policy applies to TinyChainTown (also called Tiny Chain Town) and this developer website; other DaarGames games require their own applicable privacy policies.
